New York, July 21 (ANI): Sandra Bullock's estranged husband motor mechanic Jesse James has won the custody battle of his 8-year-old daughter Sunny with porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.James was awarded physical custody of his daughter with Lindemulder when a California family court attorney ordered that James could take Sunny to live with him in Texas, according to TMZ.James was entangled in a bitter custody battle with Lindemulder, who had previously surrendered custody of Sunny when she spent six months in a federal prison on tax evasion charges.After she was released from prison in July 2009, Lindemulder had been trying to regain custody of the child.While James will now move with his daughter to Texas, Lindemulder won custody of the child over the summer."I'll move, I'll move," the New York Post quoted Lindemulder as screaming after the ruling.
